Almond Cookies

Apologies for the late post today. I'm currently at Pipino, waiting for my lunch date. I'm also preparing for a sit-down dinner here at the restaurant tonight. My lunch date is late, so I used my time to experiment in the kitchen, and I now have a few dozen Almond Cookies staring at me. I've been dreaming about the almond cookies from Dulcinea for a while now, so I thought I'd make a vegan batch. Feel free to come by the resto today if you want some. ;) Or, just make them yourself!
