Baguio Market Finds

I spent the weekend in Baguio to see the Panagbenga Flower Festival, but every afternoon, my mom and I would squeeze in some time to shop at the market. Here are some of my favorite finds from the weekend:

I could spend hours walking around the market’s dry goods section.
So much crafty stuff for the home!

Goodies for the kitchen: Square kamagong plate, Chopping board / Cheese platter, Round wooden bowls (only P40 each!) and Pasta serving forks

Treasure chest-style jewelry boxes

An expanding wall rack, which I think I’ll paint. Will use this to hang my necklaces!

Woven fabric

A malanding pink broom and regular brooms with nice patterns

And of course, what’s a market trip without bringing home some fruits?
Lastly, I bought an old school name plate bracelet. Was thinking of having it engraved right there at the market, but I decided I don’t want the engraving to be in script (which was their only option). So… will have to search for an engraver here that does sans serif. I also got some chains for the silver pendants that I make. Yay!
