And since it was a friend-slash-client’s birthday earlier this month, I decided to make a bracelet for her.
This is how you make the twisty-ties at the ends: Part the thread in 2, twist both to the left, and then rotate clockwise.
The finished product. Totally random pattern — I just did whatever felt nice!
Ahhh, and I made a charm for the bracelet as well. It’s made of 99.9% recycled silver.
You know the silver from used x-ray film? Well, some (awesome) company collects and turns them into silver for jewelry!
I need to find a better way to print my name than this scratchy craft knife way. If you look closely, there’s a date stamped on it. Her birthday is on Aug 1, and that’s when I made this.
