April
Graphic Designer / Coffeeshop Manager
Twitter: @iam_artisan
I’m April, a graphic designer with a small studio named Artisan Design Studio. I also managed our dainty coffeeshop, Yellow Hauz, which is just beside my studio. I design and print anything with paper, from custom wedding invitations to creating my own paperline, Artisan Paperie. I very much inspired with chic and vintage style. I love doing DIY’s and just simply playing all sorts of crafts like, paper flowers, polymer clays and jewelry.

Pat
Student (College)
I am a 3rd year college student, currently taking up Clothing Technology at UP Diliman. Arts and crafts is something I’ve always enjoyed, ever since I was a little girl. 🙂 I especially like painting using water color, scrapbooking, making accessories out of beads, string and paper, and making my own prints and patterns. I am fond of making bracelets and accessories using textiles like string and fabric, especially since I have recently learned more about it in my degree program. I also like making prints and patterns for different projects and paper materials such as cards, tags, and the like. 🙂

Joanne
SAP Consultant
Twitter: @quaintdesk
I’m a relatively new crafter, venturing into this art form only last year. My interest in art usually takes the digital form (like website and graphic design). I got inspired by KWernerDesign and decided to give card-making a try. It was refreshing to finally make something tangible and I was hooked ever since. I’m mainly a papercrafter though but aims to try other materials this year.

Marielle
Graphic Designer, Crafter, Weekend Videographer, Artisan-in-residence at Craft MNL
I’m a graphic designer, crafter, weekend videographer who likes scribbling children’s stories and poems. I make accessories, as well as fabric flowers and bouquets. I love doing the DIY details of lovely events like weddings. I paint, and watercolor is my medium of preference, though the recent projects I’ve been dreaming up have been more mixed media–sewing and paper! I’ve been doing more projects on my sewing machine too. I do embroidery, crochet and other happy crafts, as well as some printmaking! I inherited quite a lot of fabric from my Mom and Lola. They’ve been awesome influences.
Craft Exchange:

Anna
Musician/Singer, Music Teacher
Twitter: @aningskii
I graduated from U.P. Diliman in 2010 with a Diploma in Creative Performance of Music Arts, Asian Music. I’ve been singing with an all girl jazz trio called Baihana for 4 years and counting. I taught Preschool and Elementary music classes at the Raya school for two years and am currently studying to get licensed as a Kindermusik educator. I got married last year and have a beautiful baby daughter named Noelle (“Christmas” in French) Carminia (“Song” in Latin). I started playing with clay when i was pregnant. I wanted to make clay charms because the ones i would buy were not meticulously made. So i started researching online and on YouTube on how to make miniature food clay charms. After days of learning, and shopping for materials and tools, i finally crafted my first cupcake. And that’s when my love for clay began.
Craft Exchange:

Beam
Owner, Artwine
Twitter: @shopartwine
Having won several awards in painting her whole life, she thought that she’ll be into fine arts when she’s as big as mommy. But one recommendation to substitute an absent DIY stylist in a magazine led her to this path of arts and crafts. She hasn’t stopped tinkering with cloth, paper and glitter since then.
