Jose Rizal was a badass calligrapher.
Aside from inscribing the original manuscript in cursive AND in Spanish, Jose Rizal also designed the cover of Noli Me Tangere
Bored to death in Dapitan, he wrote on the back side of his business cards and made flash cards to teach English to kids.
And this is only one reason why he is MY hero, too.
