LifeAfterBreakfast Workshops are half-day intensive Watercolor courses. A curated set of handmade watercolor tools and snacks are always included in the workshops. At the end of each class, you’ll be able to take home a new skill, your very own masterpiece, and new craft loot! Whether you’re a beginner, or a hobbyist who wants to try a new medium or style, these classes are the perfect way to de-stress, learn something new, bond with old friends, or create new ones.

TROPICAL WATERCOLOR WORKSHOP

Date: 20 June 2018, Wednesday

Time:  6:30-9:30pm

Location: The Broken Oven @ Loyola Grand Villas

Learn basic watercolor painting in this class focused on tropical flowers and plants. Alessandra Lanot of LifeAfterBreakfast.ph will guide you through the sketching and watercolor painting process. Experiment with various color mixing and painting techniques, and create floral arrangements on paper. Participants of this class will get a chance to digitally design their own custom fabric and merchandise with The Olive Tree.

This beginner workshop is open to participants 13+. No experience with watercolor is required.

Workshop Fee is P2850, inclusive of meal & refreshments at The Broken Oven + an artist-grade workshop kit with Handmade Watercolors by LifeAfterBreakfast (6 colors in a travel case), travel watercolor brush, Arches watercolor paper, paint palette & drawing materials.

SKETCH & PAINT TOUR

Date: 23 June 2018, Saturday

Time:  10am to 3pm

Location: Hillside Cafe & Juice Bar, 57 Mother Ignacia Ave, Quezon City

This one-day retreat is designed to nourish your creativity, help you slow down, recharge, and create with your hands. Alessa of LifeAfterBreakfast.ph will guide you through a relaxing morning of Botanical Sketching at Cedar Hills Garden Center. Enjoy a delicious and healthy lunch at Hillside Cafe. In the afternoon, find your spot, and set up your workspace for a meditative watercolor painting session. This will also be the perfect opportunity to consult with Alessa about any questions or difficulties with your painting process. Afternoon snacks and smoothies will be served. There will also be a pop-up watercolor shop at the venue!

Workshop Fee: P1,250 per participant, inclusive of lunch, snacks, drawing tools, and Arches watercolor postcards.

You may bring your own paint and brushes, or purchase them at the watercolor pop-up shop in the venue.
